Agents in the Growth System
1 articles1 phases~8 min read
Why this series?
"Let's give this to an agent" enters growth meetings as a technical preference: which model, which tool, which integration. Behind the sentence sit other questions: who are we leaving the decisions in this work to, what do we pay per successful task, and who notices, and when, if it goes wrong?
This series reads the idea of an "agent" from inside the growth system. It treats the agent not as a product feature but as a decision about authority and economics made at every stage of the funnel, from acquisition to revenue, with criteria taken from primary sources and examples clearly labelled as examples.
The series opens with one question: which growth work goes to a plain prompt, which to a workflow, and which to a human-approved or autonomous agent?
