Your personal data is processed by Alp Süleyman Bağırgan (Alp Suleiman) as the data controller.

Contact form: your name, email address and, optionally, what you write about your business, the challenge you face and what you have tried.

Technical logs: when you visit, the hosting infrastructure briefly records your IP address, browser type, the page visited and the time, for security and error tracking.

Analytics and advertising data: only if you accept cookies, data on how you use the site and whether you arrived from an ad is collected through Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Calculators and tools: the numbers you enter are processed in your browser and never sent to a server. Some tools, such as the Metric Tree, save your work only in your own browser.

Replying to your enquiry and discussing a possible engagement: steps prior to entering a contract and legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f).

Keeping the site secure and fixing errors: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

Visit statistics and ad measurement: your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1), which you can withdraw at any time.

Essential preferences: your theme choice (light/dark) is kept in your browser's local storage. It is needed for the site to work and does not require consent.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): statistics such as page views, visit length and traffic source. They run only if you consent.

Advertising cookies (Google Ads): measuring ad clicks and conversions. They run only if you consent.

If you do not consent, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice from the cookie settings at the bottom of the page or by clearing cookies in your browser.

The site runs on service providers with servers outside Turkey: Cloudflare and Vercel for hosting, Google Workspace for email, and Google for analytics and ad measurement. Data is transferred to them only as far as needed to provide the service, under KVKK Art. 9.

Your data is never sold and is not shared with anyone other than these providers, except where required by competent authorities.

Enquiry correspondence is kept until the conversation concludes and for at most two years afterwards; if we work together, for the term of the contract and statutory retention periods.

Technical logs are kept for the hosting provider's retention period; analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for at most 14 months.

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know who it is transferred to, ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected, ask for deletion or destruction, object, and claim compensation for damage.
