Turning Vision into Organizational Success

Why this series?

Among the ideas in business that inspire me most, “turning vision into organizational success” comes first. It is easy to write and hard to live. Because it carries a desire to offer solutions to humanity's future problems, its needs, and the realities it wants to change, it excited me deeply. I remember it as if it were yesterday.

What began as a wish to be useful to people and to the planet turned into a need to understand how a group of people turns a vision into reality. I started that journey with excitement and impatience; it has gone on for years and is still going. As someone who once saw vision as nothing more than a wall decoration, in this series I share what I found along the way.

The series moves in three steps: understanding what a vision changes inside an organization, building one while avoiding the mistakes most often made in writing it, and, once it is built, getting the team to own it and keeping it alive in daily work. Less a text to read and move on from, more a set of questions to keep at hand when you look again at your own vision.
